Second day of work, and I continued doing the same tasks as before. Except this time, I got to make copies of my research to deliver to my boss! Sounds scary, but I was actually so excited. We'll hear more tomorrow....
I had pasta for lunch (forgot another picture). It was delicious. What I was most excited about today were the meringues I had after work. THIS is the most scrumptious dessert I've ever had. Forget everything I've said before. They were from Aux Merveilleux de Fred. Don't ask me how to pronounce that because I have no idea. I got two different flavors: Salted Caramel (of course) and White Chocolate. I wish I could eat these everyday. LOOK AT THESE BEAUTIES:
I drank a lot of water today. That was fun. Is that interesting to you? Probably not. However, today was the day I tried BRITISH CANDY. Yes, it's a big deal. You can tell from my eating habits that I must be the biggest sweet tooth on the planet. I would confirm that. AGH Brit candy !!!! It was so good. Let me start with the first: Maoams (in this case from a mixed bag) are like tangy Airheads in the US, but better. They come like taffy, sometimes crunchy. I don't know how else to explain it but YUM. The second was the Kinder chocolate hippo with hazelnut. I'm really sad we don't have these in America because they are delicious. It's like a wafer with white hazelnut and milk chocolate. The last is a Ritter Sport, which I think might even be in the US, but they're famous in Europe. I got peppermint because I'm missing my Junior Mints back in the states : (
