Today I took a trip for lunch to meet up with Caroline. We went to this cute little healthy salad & bowl stop called Bel-Air. She works at Creative Blood in Shoreditch, just near Bethnal Green on the east side of London. I enjoyed the scenery of the unique borough of Shoreditch through its colors and street art...
This was my lunch, and yes, my view is a pineapple.
I continued my day at Secret Cinema, mingled, did some creative work, and headed on home back to the SK. For dinner, I made a stop at Leon, but around the corner from my flat & nearest tube stop in South Kensington.
It's a Wednesday night, so naturally... here in London, as an American, the best way to spend your night is at the most amazing bar there ever could be: O'Neill's. Located right in the heart of Chinatown; this is a place not to miss.
I found a cool hat and danced the night away with some Aussies. Might I add, Australians are the most friendly, crazy, excited people I have ever met. We sang to Mr. Brightside, reenacted Summer Nights from Grease, and belted to the lyrics to One Direction, so you could say it was the highlight of my life.
The one bad thing (debatable) about O'Neill's being in Chinatown? Chinese food open till 4am. No, it wasn't as glamorous as London food should be. Yes, it was delicious. EPIC.
